Ihr Zahnarzt in Ulm

„Ive been a patient for almost 2 years. the doctor is very proffesional and nice. and the staff are mostly friendly and likewise Im always friendly as well. but there was one experience that very dissapointing. I didnt know if its misunderstanding or language barrier, I did agree to do teeth cleaning ( as I did and paid so many times here) later but not that particular day. I did confirmed when making appointment to have a consulation with a doctor first. But when I came that day, I was handed out a form to fill in for cleaning treatment and naturally I was shocked. But no even apologize from the staff at all, only "alles gut". I understand miscommunication happened and thats fine - but saying "sorry " didnt hurt. If I could record my oral confirmation when making appointment as a proof, I would. I originally just want to let it go and didn't want to write this, but then when I made appointment a month later - they called me and mentioned last time how I didnt want to make appointment at all, even when I already confirm my appointment in the phone when they called - when I meant I want to cancel the appointment that day cause Ive already wasted my time and feel bad. Their saying as if they didn't want to accept me as patient anymore. well if thats the case, thats fine I will look for another place.“

„I do have regular treatment here. I had my fillings, a root canal treatment, and a teeth cleaning. Hands down, these were my best dentist experiences. Each and every member of the team is so friendly and they explain all the procedures they will follow at the beginning, so you know what is happening and what needs to be done afterward. Even if you cannot speak German, they are here to help you in English, Turkish (and I guess many other languages because the team is multi-cultural). Besides their professional skills, they are friendly and understanding people. The location is not far if you take tram line 1. I would totally recommend it. You will not regret the experience you will have there.“
